Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases from state to state, we will no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure the health of our Finesse Favs and team members.

 

We appreciate your understanding, as we are all navigating through these uncertain times.

All clearance items are final sale.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local
post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages. 

 

Please note, shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Processing and Pre- Orders 

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.

 

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

 

What is the process when placing a Pre Order?

 

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. Finesse Fit Boutique will notify you of any changes or delays with your pre-order.

 

All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation.

            

Finesse Favs customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed.
